We think one of the most important things to emphasize with our readers is that we are two different people, we have a casual approach with Paleo, and we’re here to help you and have fun.
Why are we doing this? We are not strictly Paleo. Our recipes will have sugar (whether it be palm nectar crystals, honey, agave nectar, cane sugar, etc.) and they might have fats other than ghee or coconut oil or lard, but we can guarantee that they will be not only “kid tested and mother approved” but also mostly grain-free, gluten-free, soy-free and dairy-free. Occasionally a recipe might have a gluten-free grain or a raw milk dairy product in it, but it will be clearly indicated. We promise, scouts honor 🙂
We’d like these recipes to be not only a resource but also an opportunity to learn from one another – us as much as you. We’d love to hear your comments, recommendations and even requests (what recipes would you like to have turned into a Paleo-friendly version).
